The Border Security Force (BSF) announces a time change for the renowned daily Retreat Ceremony at the Attari-Wagah border

AMRITSAR: The Border Security Force (BSF) has updated the timing for the iconic Beating the Retreat Ceremony, a daily event held at the Attari Wagah border, much to the anticipation of enthusiastic spectators. The spokesperson for BSF revealed that the ceremony, which was previously scheduled to commence at 6:00 PM, will now kick off at 5:30 PM.

This Adjustment in timing is in sync with the changing lengths of days based on the seasons. During the summer, when days are longer, the parade commences later, while in winter, as days shorten, the ceremony begins earlier. The gathering at the Attari border, known as the Retreat Ceremony, is a significant event that attracts visitors from across the nation, all eager to witness the excitement and thrill it holds.
