PTI, Uttar Pradesh (21st Oct'18): Prime Minister Narendra Modi has not only "changed" the country's politics, but also its "work culture" leading to improved rail facilities, Union Minister of State for Railways Manoj Sinha said on Sunday. Sinha was in Ghazipur (Gahmar) and Chanduali (Sakaldiha) to lay the foundation stone of projects and inaugurate various developmental schemes. It is because of the special interest taken by the prime minister that investment in railways has tripled and touched around Rs 1.48 lakh crore, Sinha said.

"Owing to heavy investment, there has been a special improvement in passenger facilities. The basic facilities at the railway stations have increased, and a number of new trains have been started," he said. "In the last four-and-half years, there has been a transformation not only in the country's politics, but also in the work culture. And the entire country is benefiting from it," Sinha added.
