Nepal PM Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda's Wife Passes Away

She was taken to Norvic Hospital on wednesday morning at 7:30 AM

Sita Dahal, wife of Nepal's Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' passed away today. She was suffering from prolonged illness from a very long time. She died today due to a heart attack. Her age was about 69 years. She was taken to Norvic Hospital on wednesday morning at 7:30 AM after her oxygen level decreased.

According to the hospital, she was suffering from progressive supranuclear palsy, parkinsonism, diabetes mellitus-III and hypertension. Cardiac arrest occurred at 8 am due to oxygen deprivation. According to the information received from the hospital authorities, she was declared dead at around 8:33 this morning.

Prime Minister Prachanda and wife Sita have three daughters and one son. His elder daughter Gianu Dahal and son Prakash Dahal have already passed away. Sita Dahal is survived by Prime Minister Prachanda and two daughters Renu and Ganga. Renu Dahal is currently serving as the Mayor of Bharatpur Metropolitan City. Sita Dahal's last rites will be performed in the afternoon at the Aryaghat of the Pashupatinath temple in Kathmandu.
