Punjab's Ludhiana's Jagraon School Bus Accident Latest News Today: In a shocking incident, an accident took place in Ludhiana's Jagraon on Tuesday morning at around 7:30 am.
According to information, a school van of a private school was on its way from Raikot side to Jagraon. It was then that the driver lost control of the wheels and hit a tree near Science College. In this accident, a 6-year-old child died after coming under the bus, while five children were injured.
Likewise, the injured are being treated in the hospital.
All the injured students have been admitted to the private Kalyani Hospital of Jagraon for treatment. According to the information received from the spot, the van of a private school in Jagraon was coming to school with children on board.
The bus first lost control and hit a tree on the conductor's side and when the driver took a sharp turn from there, the bus collided with the tree on the driver's side in front.
The 6-year-old child, who lost his life in the accident, was identified as Gurman Singh, son of Satnam Singh of village Akhara, who was a first-grade student in the school, sitting in the front seat. He reportedly fell from the bus and died a painful death under the bus.
