SONBHADRA: The mystery surrounding the brutal murder of BJP leader Prem Mohan Kharwar on October 8 in Sonbhadra, Uttar Pradesh has taken a chilling twist. Law enforcement authorities have apprehended the victim's wife and her lover on charges of orchestrating the heinous crime. The shocking revelation came to light after the accused woman was caught in a compromising situation with her lover by her father-in-law.

The lifeless body of BJP leader Prem Mohan Kharwar was discovered in a forest on October 13. Prior to this grim discovery, the victim's father had already accused his daughter-in-law and her lover of being involved in the murder. The Accused, identified as Bindu, disclosed that she had been married for a decade, but her relationship with her husband started deteriorating after a few years. Bindu began to endure emotional pain, tormented by her husband's constant taunts.

Approximately a year and a half ago, Bindu crossed paths with Shamshad at a local market. Shamshad hailed from a nearby village, and over time, a clandestine relationship blossomed between 30-year-old Bindu and 26-year-old Shamshad. The illicit affair reached a critical juncture when Bindu was caught with Shamshad by her father-in-law. Subsequently, a second encounter with Shamshad led to a brutal beating from her husband.

On the fateful day of October 8, at Bindu's instigation, Shamshad ruthlessly murdered Prem Mohan with an axe. The lifeless body was then disposed of in the nearby forest. The accused, Bindu, revealed her motivation behind the crime, expressing her desire to be with her lover, but her husband's presence posed a hindrance.
