Goswami appointed as coach for India U-16 cricket team camp

Rajkot: Former Saurashtra cricketer Hitesh Goswami has been appointed as coach for the India U-16 cricket team camp to be held from August 21 in Benguluru.   

"Goswami, who represented Saurashtra in first class level as an all-rounder, has cleared BCCI's level 'C' exam for the coaches," the Saurashtra Cricket Association (SCA) said in a release.

"Goswami has experience of coaching Saurashtra U-23 team. He has been appointed as coach by National Cricket Academy for India U-16 camp 2017," it said. "He has also worked as a coach for Middlesex for five years," added the release. PTI
