Lovejit Singh, a resident of Wander Dod Village near Kotakpura leavs behind a grieving family

Punjabi Youth death in Cyprus: Lovejit Singh, son of Ajaim Singh from Wander dod village near Kotkapura, tragically passed away due to a heart attack in Cyprus. The news of his death has cast a pall of mourning over the entire region.

Lakhveer Singh Gill, a former Gram Panchayat member of Sirsari village in Kotkapura district, shared the heartbreaking news, revealing that Lovejit Singh was his cousin. Lovejit, along with his wife Sukhjinder Kaur, had embarked on a journey to Cyprus on November 19. Unfortunately, just 10 days into the visit, Lovejit succumbed to a sudden heart attack.

Amidst the grief, it has been disclosed that the deceased leaves behind a 5-year-old daughter. Lovejit's bereaved family is now reaching out to both the Central Government and the Punjab Government, appealing for support to facilitate the repatriation of his mortal remains back to his hometown.
