UP CM Orders Timely Salary Transfer and Statutory Contributions for Outsourced Staff

UP CM News: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Friday directed that the remuneration of all outsourcing personnel must be directly transferred to their bank accounts by the 5th of every month.

He also emphasized that the EPF (Employees' Provident Fund) and ESIC (Employees' State Insurance Corporation) contributions must be deposited on time. Employers are required to ensure timely deposits of the provident fund and employee insurance contributions within the specified due dates, failing which action may be taken as per the rules.

The directive was shared by the Chief Minister’s Office through a post on social media, stating, “The remuneration of all outsourcing personnel should be directly transferred to their bank accounts by the 5th of every month, and the EPF and ESIC amounts must be deposited on time.”
