Three of a family killed in road accident

Ludhiana: Three people lost there lives and two were seriously injured after a head-on collision between a car and a Punjab roadways bus today on Ludhiana-Chandigarh road near Neelon village, around 30 km from here, the police said.


Gurvinder Singh (45), his wife Anuradha (43) and their daughter Kompreet (14) died in the incident. The couple's sons Manpreet (12) and Onkar Singh (7) were injured, DCP Dhruman Nimble said.

The injured were admitted to a local hospital and their condition was said to be critical, the officer said.  PTI
