Harinder Singh Chahal, IPS awarded with the 'President's Police Medal for Meritorious Services’ by VP Singh Badnore, Governor of Punjab. Chahal is famous for cracking so many cases and under his able guidance; the officials have numerous crucial cases.

There is a saying that everything is equal in the eyes of law. For Chahal, whether the case was a high profile or not , he was not partial during his duty. DGP Suresh Arora congratulated Chahal for his services and he said that Punjab Police feels proud to have an officer like Chahal.
