Divine justice eventually prevailed after a Delhi court ordered quashing of the FIR filed by the Badals’ against the SADD

New Delhi: Divine justice eventually prevailed after a Delhi court ordered quashing of the FIR filed by the Badals’ against the SADD based on false allegations regarding the Bala Sahib hospital project.

In yet another triumph of truth over falsehoods, the SADD’s recognition as a religious party duly qualified to participate in DSGMC elections was also restored.

Party chief Paramjit Singh Sarna expressed his gratitude to Akal Purakh for the twin victories in the long-drawn legal process initiated by the Badals, covertly and overtly, to finish off Panthak involvement in the DSGMC.

“??? ?????? ????? ???? ??? ???,” said Sardar Sarna, quoting Sri Guru Nanak Sahib’s shabad that dealers of falsehoods always lose and those of truth ultimately win.

For the past 10 years, the Badals used malicious propaganda and vested interests to undermine the SADD over false allegations that its administration sold off the Bala Sahib hospital project to private players. “With some elite vested interests on their side, the Badals amplified this falsehood on their dedicated media platform ahead of two DSGMC general elections,” Sardar Sarna recounted. “With the court now ordering quashing of that bogus FIR and police filing its closure report, the Badals stand exposed as the original saboteurs of the hospital project. Truth has prevailed.”

“By the same yardstick, the Badals, who have been committing fraud on the Sangat with their dual role as a religious party in the DSGMC and political otherwise, will now have to clarify who and what they actually are. We trust the Delhi government will press upon the Badals to also clarify unambiguously how their MLAs, municipal councillors held parallel membership of the DSGMC in the first place. The question needs to be answered,” Sardar Sarna observed.

The SADD chief pledged his party, unlike the Badals, would allow no political interference in the DSGMC if its elected to serve Delhi’s Sikh Sangat.
