Further Investigation in the matter is underway

ABOHAR: In a major breakthrough, the Counter Intelligence Sub Unit Abohar nabbed three youths with illegal arms and cartridges from Gobindgarh T Point. The State Special Operation Cell of Fazilka has registered a case against the arrested accused and started investigation in the matter.

According to information, ASI Joginder Singh along with his team was patrolling near Gobindgarh T Point on Malot Road last night when three youths on bikes were standing near the bus stand in a suspicious condition. They panicked on witnessing the police team and tried to escape.

The police nabbed the youth. Reportedly, They have been identified as Lavish son of Ravinder Pal, resident of Krishna Nagar Gali No. 4 Malot, Jitinder alias Kala Son of Mal Singh resident of village Kotha Fazilka and Kulwinder alias Kindu son of Kishan Singh resident of village Bahi Khas, Fazilka. Two country pistols of 315 bore, one pistol of 32 bore, 2 magazines and 7 live cartridges were recovered from their possession.
