CHANDIGARH: Punjab Cabinet Minister Gurmeet Singh Meet Hayer on Sunday (April 23) extended congratulations on the occasion of World Book Day and said that there is a need to create a culture of giving books as gifts.

Taking to Twitter, Meet Hayer wrote, "Today I congratulate all writers and readers on the occasion of World Book Day. A book is the jewel of a man which enhances his personality the most. Books always guide us. Reading books is my hobby whenever I get time. There is a need to create a culture of gifting books.”
