2 killed in road accident in Punjab

Moga: Two persons were killed when their car collided with a mini-truck at Moga by-pass here, police said today. The incident took place yesterday when they were going to Moga city from Butter village, police said.

The deceased were as identified as Kulwant Singh (36) and his neighbour Balveer Kaur (43), they said. A case was registered against mini-truck driver Rakesh Kumar, who was later arrested, the police said.
