National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh to Stop Court Sittings Until Further Notice Latest News: National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Chandigarh, in a notice on Tuesday, informed that due to heavy water seepage from the roof of NCLT premises, there will be no Court sittings of both the Courts of NCLT, Chandigarh Bench until further notice.

Resumption of Court proceedings will be notified in due course, the notice read. 

“Owing to heavy water seepage from roof of NCLT premises, including the Court Rooms, Chambers of Hon’ble Members and the resultant damage, it is not possible to run Courts, therefore, there will be no Court sittings of both the Courts of NCLT, Chandigarh Bench till further notice. Resumption of Court proceedings will be notified in due course,” the notice read.
