Deepika Deshwal a Dag officer in Punjab government (deputed in Delhi Supreme court)has very efficiently and enthusiastically taken up the cause to serve people at the time of coronavirus epidemic. She has proactively arranged help for around 700 people in Moga district of Punjab with the help of police authorities at the rank of SSP and DSP, in coordination with CM office of Punjab. Sensing the pain of the people at large specially at the village level she has mobilized the adoption of villages in Punjab as the cases are rising there, so that the natives of the village can be provided with adequate medical care and food.

Also donated ration in juggis and colony near jatwara village in sonepat with the help her relatives.As being a resident of Delhi, she is working hand in hand with the Delhi Police and has ensured that the distribution of food packets to the labour especially in areas like Savan Park, Rana Park, Siras Pur village (delhi)and adjacent jhuggi areas. Also distributing in Pitampura juggis on daily basis(ready made food). She helped axis bank manager lady (sec 24 rohini) for dropping her there so thenanager can open bank,as she had key and no one was helping her,she called to sho prashant vihar ,on sho denial Deepika talked to DCP and said to help that type of all girls in Delhi and manager was dropped by Deepika ‘s father personally while her father duty is in smaypur badli police station ,in this way her whole family contributing for nation.
On other incident a chemist shopkeeper was going to CP to open his shop but he had no knowledge of online pass,Police caught him and was registering and taking action under 188 act but Deepika called to concerned officer and said to cooperate these type of persons who dont have knowledge then police issued pass and made aware to him and others too . Beside this She is arranging one ventilator ,one ambulance and 3 or 4 rooms in village side of Delhi so in emergency care could be taken even in rural area .She has given her whole salary in donation for corona infected people help and also her father gave some amount from salary.

She has left no stone unturned to confirm that the villages of those areas receive adequate medical
supplies by facilitating police permissions. Through her network across many countries she has motivated many to donate to PM care fund and CM relief fund in order to fight the coronavirus epidemic more effectively. She has ensured that her relatives and friends in India and abroad donate the amount in the fund for the relief of the people suffering from coronavirus epidemic.
She has given her contact details to people so that if anyone in need of some Essentials or Medical Services can contact her and with the help of police and local administration she has always taken a step to help them out at the time of distress. Indeed she is a true face of women empowerment in India, that when a woman is empowered with education and values then she can serve the society in the most prosperous and most efficient way and she has become a live example of that.

On 28th June 2019 she went to USA and made a spectacular speech in United Nations, New York where she represented India to become the first Indian girl who spoke twice there and made world record on her name which is soon going to get registered in the Guinness book.
On 15th Aug 2019 she got recommended for bravery award by Punjab govt for saving 80 girls who had been harassed on social media ,notorious element was from Amroha ,she ensured his arrest after lodging an FIR, he was soon arrested and sent to jail by the Police. She saved many girls from various ill circles, she is a 6 times Gold Medalist in Wrestling and Judo, University of Delhi. Ms. Deepika has many such feathers in her cap, she has done a lot of social activites which includes saving girls from the prostitution racket, has corrected many criminals by initiating Police complaints against the harassers.

Ms. Deepika represented India in the United Nations Human Rights Council and has represented India consecutively from two years and have attended in four important International organisations working in the USA. She has arranged various self defence workshops to empower girls and for that she has received awards from Government of India and various State Governments appreciating her input in the area of women empowerment.
