Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann slammed the opposition.

Punjab Vidhan Sabha Session 2024, CM Bhagwant Mann vs LoP Partap Singh Bajwa: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Monday roasted the opposition including the LoP Partap Singh Bajwa over their "walk out" culture.

Punjab CM gifted the Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan with a lock and key and requested him to lock the doors of the Assembly so that the opposition wouldn't be able to leave the premises and listen to the address. 

Replying to Governor Banwarilal Purohit's speech, which was interrupted after the opposition created a ruckus inside the House, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann slammed the opposition and said that he would talk on it today and urged the opposition to not leave the premises. 

Later, the House witnessed a heated argument between Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and Leader of Opposition Partap Singh Bajwa. Their argument was so intense that the Speaker was forced to adjourn the House for 15 minutes. Even after the session resumed, the argument between the Punjab CM and the opposition continued. 

The Speaker was forced to interfere and the Chief Minister continued to address the chair wherein he highlighted the achievements of his government and kept on taking a dig at the opposition.
