New Delhi: The Supreme Court has refused to hear the petition regarding the inauguration of the new Parliament building by the President. The Court said that it will not interfere in this matter. This is not a matter for the court. After this comment, the Supreme Court dismissed the petition.

A bench of Justice JK Maheshwari heard this matter in the Supreme Court. In the petition filed in the court, it was said that the President is the first citizen of the country. According to Article 79 of the Constitution, the President is also an important part of the Parliament. The decision taken by the Lok Sabha Secretariat not to inaugurate the new building of Parliament House by the President is wrong.
