Mumbai Rains News: Heavy rainfall in Mumbai, IMD issues Orange alert

According to the India Meteorogical Department, Mumbai is under an orange alert

Mumbai Rains News, Weather Update For Heavy rainfall, IMD issues Orange alert: According to the India Meteorogical Department, Mumbai is under an orange alert today, which means there is an alert of heavy rainfall, while in nearby areas such as Pune, Palghar, and Raigad faced hevay rainfall. From the last two weeks, the citty has been facing heavy rainfall.

Meanwhile, many of the services, such as transport, were affected due to heavy rain on Thursday morning. There was heavy rainfall in Andheri and other part of the city.

According to IMD, red alert was issued for Pune, as there is heavy rainfall expected in that area. So, the people who live at that places, have been advised to take precautions and be ready for severe weather conditions.
