Rajouri, Jammu and Kashmir – In a commendable rescue operation on Monday, the Indian Army, in coordination with the State Disaster Response Force (SDRF), local police, and divers, successfully saved a minor boy trapped in a flooded river in the Rajouri district.
The White Knight Corps, under the Indian Army’s 16 Corps, shared the update on social media platform X, stating, "Indian Army, SDRF, Police & local divers conducted a coordinated rescue operation to save a minor boy trapped amid rising waters of a flooded river in Rajouri."
The post further added, "Timely action and seamless coordination ensured safe evacuation. We Serve, We Protect!"
It is currently unclear how the boy became trapped amid the rising waters.
