Delhi Trade Fair 2025: Key Highlights, Timings, Ticket Prices and Visitor Advisory

One of India’s largest exhibitions representing its rich culture, innovation and industry, the 44th India International Trade Fair (IITF), is currently underway at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan. According to officials from the India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), the fair began on November 14 with exclusive business days. Public entry was opened on November 19. The event will conclude on November 27.

As per statements from organisers, the theme of this year is “Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat”. It celebrates India’s unity in diversity. Jharkhand is designated as the focus state, and Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra and Bihar are participating as partner states. Officials have also emphasised the participation of exhibitors from 12 countries, including China, the UAE, South Korea, Iran and Egypt.

Public entry timings are 10 am to 7:30 pm, with final entry at 5:30 pm. Weekday tickets are priced at INR 80 for adults and INR 40 for children, while weekend tickets are priced at INR 150 for adults and INR 60 for children. There is a free entry for senior citizens and persons with disabilities. Tickets can be purchased through the ITPO website, the DMRC Saarthi app, and select Delhi Metro stations.

Traffic authorities have issued an advisory mentioning possible congestion on Mathura Road, Bhairon Marg, Ring Road, Shershah Road and Purana Quila Road, urging visitors to use the Supreme Court Metro Station on the Blue Line, which is the nearest access point to the venue.

At Bharat Mandapam, visitors can explore state pavilions, MSME stalls, textiles, food courts, handicrafts, electronics, and daily cultural performances. Officials also recommend weekday visits or early hours on weekends to avoid heavy rush.

According to ITPO representatives, this year’s fair continues its tradition of offering a blend of commerce, culture and international participation that makes it a major attraction for families, tourists, entrepreneurs and traders.
