Maharashtra Governor and NDA candidate for Vice President of India, CP Radhakrishnan, arrived at Delhi airport on Monday.
Union Ministers Kiren Rijiju, Pralhad Joshi, and Bhupender Yadav, Kinjarapu Ram Mohan Naidu, Delhi CM Rekha Gupta, and others receive him at the airport.
CP Radhakrishnan had left to Delhi from Maharashtra on the same day. To see him off, Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis, state Cabinet Minister, and Mumbai BJP President Ashish Shelar had come to the airport.

Former governor of Jharkhand has also served as the State President of the BJP in Tamil Nadu from 2004 to 2007. On July 31, 2024, he was sworn in as the Governor of Maharashtra.
Following NDA’s announcement of CP Radhakrishnan as the Vice Presidential Candidate, he said, “In his long years in public life, Thiru C P Radhakrishnan Ji has distinguished himself with his dedication, humility, and intellect.”
“He has done extensive work at the grassroots in Tamil Nadu. I am glad that the NDA family has decided to nominate him as the Vice Presidential candidate of our alliance,” PM Modi added.
