Four men, including a policeman, were arrested for allegedly extorting Rs 15 lakh from a man after threatening to implicate him in a false human trafficking case, police said. The incident took place in outer Delhi's Paschim Vihar area, the police said. Apart from the arrested police officer, the other three accused -- Happy, Harry and Ankush -- are travel agents, they added. The arrested policeman, identified as Dharmendra Dhangi, was posted with west district's vigilance unit. A man hailing from Ludhiana had contacted one of the accused travel agents for preparing visas for the United States and Canada, the police said.
