This year, Mahesh Kumar from Rajasthan has emerged as the All India Topper, securing AIR 1 with a percentile of 99.9999547.

Avika Aggarwal, hailing from Delhi (NCT), is the female topper of NEET 2025. She secured AIR 5 with a percentile of 99.9996832.

A total of 22,76,069 students registered, and 22,09,318 appeared for the examination, while 12,36,531 candidates successfully qualified.
