Delhiites today witnessed a cool and partly cloudy morning, a day after a thunderstorm hit the city claiming two lives and injuring eighteen others. The morning was partly cloudy with the minimum temperature settling at 23 degrees Celsius, two notches below the normal, said a MeT department official. The humidity level was registered at 54 percent at 8.30 AM. The city recorded 4.2 mm rain in the past 24 hours, he said. The weatherman predicts light rain or drizzle in the afternoon session of the day. The maximum temperature is expected to hover around 37 degrees Celsius, said the official.
