Spokesman's Investigation.....
Starting the investigation we first did a keyword search on this video and started looking for the original source of the video.
"The viral video is edited"
During the search, we found a video of CM Bhagwant Mann and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal's road show in Chhattisgarh uploaded on the official Facebook page of Bhagwant Mann.
We watched this video carefully and after 31 minutes and 30 seconds, we got scenes matching the viral video. In this video, the mike in Bhagwant Mann's hand and the gesture of the person standing behind Bhagwant Mann are exactly the same. We found that slogans in favor of Narendra Modi were not being raised in the video.
Hence, it is clear that the audio with Modi-Modi slogans has been inserted separately using audio editing tool in the viral video.
Now we started finding the original source of the audio. We found the video of the slogan matching the audio exactly in the June 2022 report of the Republic. This video was related to PM Modi's visit to America when Modi-Modi slogans were raised during PM's White House visit.
