Justice wrote in her order that the court has reached the conclusion that the director of the series Simarpreet Singh and actor Apoorva Arora are liable for the action under Section 67 and Section 67A. The Delhi High Court upheld the order of the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, in which the court ordered the Delhi Police to register an FIR against the accused.

The Delhi High Court stated in its order - 'This language has been described as the language of college going students. This will also affect the school children and it will become normal in the coming days. The new generation always learns from their older generation, in such a case if school students also start speaking such obscene language then it will be very bad for the society.'
