PM Narendra Modi took Holy Bath at Maha Kumbh , Rides boat to sangam latest news: Prayagraj, February 5, 2025- Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Prayagraj on Wednesday morning to attend the Maha Kumbh mela, As we all know it's the one of the largest religious gatherings in the world. On arrival at location,  Prime Minister took a boat ride to the Triveni Sangam, the meeting of the Ganges, Yamuna, and the  Saraswati rivers, where he took a holy dip in sacred water.

The Prime Minister’s visit coincidentally with the Delhi Assembly elections, which are in progress. Despite of hectic political atmosphere, PM Modi made time to participate in this significant spiritual event. The holy dip at Triveni Sangam is believed to cleanse sins and bring blessings, making it devoted to ritual for millions of devotees attending the Kumbh Mela.

During his visit, PM Modi interacted with pilgrims and devotees, focus attention on the importance of spiritual and cultural traditions in India's rich heritage. He expressed his admiration for the organization and arrangements made for the Maha Kumbh fair, ensuring the safety of the attendees.

Security measures were enhance during the Prime Minister’s visit, with local authorities ensuring smooth conduct and less disruption to the ongoing festivities. The event saw a large gathering of people, including political leaders, religious figures, and common citizens, all coming together to witness and participate in the ancient tradition.
