Former woman village head shot dead by son

A former woman village head was shot dead today by her son in Karwara village here over a family dispute, police said...

A former woman village head was shot dead today by her son in Karwara village here over a family dispute, police said. Shiksha Devi was shot dead by her son Yogesh Kumar (22) in Karwara village, under the Titawi police station, Superintendent of Police (SP) (Rural) Ajay Sehdev said. A case has been registered against Kumar, who is absconding, the SP added. Devi's body has been sent for a post-mortem examination.
