According to a report by India Today, she will remain in judicial custody till June 13. At the time of filing this report, her Instagram account, which has around 90,000 followers, contains no posts except for a highlighted story showing her "unconditional apology" note, uploaded two weeks ago. However, the controversial video is still being circulated on X.
The video clip went viral, sparking outrage and leading to a police complaint filed at a police station in Kolkata. Following this, an FIR was registered against her by Kolkata Police, the India Today report added. After her arrest, Panoli was produced in Alipore Court, Kolkata, on Saturday.

I expect co-operation and understanding. Henceforth, I will be cautious in my public posts. Again, please accept my apologies.”
