Copper, brass utensils and nickel rebounded modestly at the non-ferrous metal market here today due to stockists' buying amid fresh demand from industrial users. Elsewhere, tin also surged owing to good demand from alloy industries. While aluminum ingots eased due to sluggish demand from consuming industries. Nickel rose by Rs 10 per kg to Rs 1,075 from Wednesday's closing level of Rs 1,065 and tin firmed up by Rs 5 per kg to Rs 1,460 as against Rs 1,455.

Copper armature edged up by Rs 2 per kg to Rs 467 as against Rs 465 yesterday. Copper cable scrap, copper scrap heavy, copper utensils, copper billets, copper sheet cuttings and brass utensils scrap inched up per kg each to Rs 482, Rs 475, Rs 444, Rs 510, Rs 464 and Rs 344, respectively. However, aluminum ingots edged down by Rs 2 per kg to Rs 172 from Rs 174 yesterday.
