Elsewhere, refined palmolein marginal down due to sluggish demand from retailers. While groundnut oil and linseeds oil ruled steady in absence of any large-scale buying activity.

In the non-edible segment, castorseeds bold slid by Rs 5 per 100kg to Rs 3,990 from Friday's closing level of Rs 3,995 and castor oil commercial inched down per 10kg to Rs 828. Linseeds oil end unaltered to Rs 800 per 10kg. Moving to edible section, refined palmolein softened by a Re per 10kg to Rs 716 and groundnut oil closed unchanged at Rs 825 per 10kg.
