However, on the very first day of its release, a scene from the film was reportedly leaked online, according to a report by The Free Press Journal.
The leaked scene features the entry of actor Prabhas, which has now gone viral on social media. The clip also includes a special cameo appearance by Akshay Kumar. Both actors have made surprise appearances in the film, adding to the excitement among fans.

Kannappa Makers Warn of Legal Action Against Trolls
Just days before the film’s release, the makers of Kannappa had issued a public notice warning against defamation or misuse of the film's content.
“Our film #Kannappa releases globally on June 27, 2025, with full lawful clearances. Misuse, distortion, or defamatory acts against the film or its stakeholders will be legally challenged,” the statement read.
The film is written and directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh and produced by Dr. M. Mohan Babu.
