Who is Zooni Haksar?
Zooni Haksar, the fearless one, chosen by Rajeshwari Swaminathan from the Prime Minister's Office for a covert mission. Their goal was to shattering terrorism and dismantle the billion-dollar conflict economy. It was during 2017 to 2019, between the PMO imperium and Kashmir, when separatists were beholden to Pakistan and used to hire stone-pelters. Back then, Zooni Haksar had managed to trap no less than the militant Burhan Wani. However, Zooni was hauled up for ignoring the protocol and was summoned by Rajeshwari to lead a National Intelligence Agency mission.
Zooni delivered the coup de grace to terrorists while Rajeshwari discovered a crucial clause that allowed the government to have its way in Parliament.
Intelligence agent Zooni Haksar was posted in Kashmir and joined the forces with Rajeshwari Swaminathan, a bureaucrat in the Prime Minister’s Office in Delhi, laying the groundwork for the decision on Article 370. They were reportedly backed to the hilt by the Prime Minister and the Home Minister.
