NEW-DELHI: The Wedding festivities of Bollywood actress Swara Bhasker and Political activist Fahad Ahmed were celebrated with full pomp and show. The couple have registered their wedding in court on January 6, 2023, under the Special Marriage Act. Recently, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and Delhi Chief Minister attended Swara Bhasker's wedding reception in the National Capital. The pictures of the reception are doing rounds on the internet.

Swara dropped photos from her Mehendi Ceremony.....
Taking to Twitter, Swara dropped pictures and wrote, "Mehendi Ki Raat, Sangeet Ke Saath!" The Mehendi and Sangeet ceremony of the actress was organised on the same day.

Sangeet Ceremony.....
Swara shared a reel from her Sangeet on Instagram. In the reel, Swara can be seen wearing a mustard colored Anarkali suit. She danced on Rajasthani folk music. However, few fans did not liked Swara’s look and started trolling her. A user commented on the reel, "Are you pregnant?”
Many fans praised Swara. A User wrote, "Swara you're enjoying your moment keep shining girl." Another user commented, "Nice singer and song, folk singers/songs should be encouraged and promoted, good for indigenous arts/culture."
Haldi Ceremony.....
Before Sangeet, Swara Bhasker shared few pictures from her Haldi ceremony. She wrote,"Here’s to celebrating all the colours of life together. #SwaadAnusaar."
The Actress also shared a reel of the Haldi ceremony. She wrote, "Haldi ceremony that turned into Holi! Welcome to the festivities. #SwaadAnusaar has begun!"
Earlier, Swara Bhasker announced her wedding with political activist Fahad Ahmad on Social media. She shared a video which have all her adorable moments with Fahad. Fans were surprised by the news.
She captioned, "Sometimes you search far & wide for something that was right next to you all along. We were looking for love, but we found friendship first. And then we found each other! Welcome to my heart @FahadZirarAhmad It’s chaotic but it’s yours!."
Fahad Ahmed also shared the video on Twitter and wrote, "I never knew chaos can be so beautiful....Thank you for holding my hand love Swara."
Talking about the cute love story, Swara and Fahad met on the stage during a protest in January 2020 against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA). Starting from there, the couple fell in love with each other and decided to get married.

Swara Bhasker will next be seen in 'Mrs Falani'. Reportedly, The actor will be seen playing nine different characters in the movie.
In the starting of her career, Swara was associated with a theater group in the National Capital. She shifted to Mumbai in 2008 and made her acting debut with the film 'Madholal Keep Walking' in 2009. She then played a supporting role in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's movie Guzaarish (2010), alongside Hritik Roshan and Aishwariya Rai.
Bhasker got widespread recognition and fans love from the Kangana Ranaut-starrer movie 'Tanu Weds Manu' in 2011.
