Simarjit Singh Bains caught a Patwari red-handed while accepting a bribe of Rs 10,000. The salary of the Patwari is Rs 52,000 and despite that he was asking bribe from the complainant. Later on, the Patwari apologised from the complainant from whom he had taken the bribe.
