New Delhi: Legendary fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar has claimed that the ICC T20 World Cup and the Indian Premier League (IPL) are unlikely to take place this year owing to the massive destruction caused by the coronavirus outbreak which was declared a pandemic by the World Health Organisation (WHO) in March this year.
