Jasprit Bumrah News: Rozana Spokesman in its probe found that no such story has been shared by Jasprit Bumrah

Jasprit Bumrah News: A Screenshot of an Instagram story which reads, "Sometimes it is good to be greedy and loyal isn't" going viral in the name of Indian Cricketer Jasprit Bumrah claiming that cricketer shared this story soon after Hardik Pandya made a comeback in IPL Franchise Mumbai Indians.

While sharing the viral screenshot, X account Azam Sajjad wrote, "Jasprit Bumrah's Insta story ????"

Rozana Spokesman in its investigation found that no such story has been shared by cricketer Jasprit Bumrah. A screenshot of a story posted by the cricketer has been edited and shared to mislead people.

Spokesman's Investigation

While starting the investigation, we first searched keywords regarding this story. We did not find any news about this story, but we found many such news in which the viral story was declared fake.

"Bumrah's Real Instagram Story"

Recently, cricketer Hardik Pandya returned to the Mumbai Indians due to which this viral story went viral. However, in the real story shared by Jasprit Bumrah on November 28, 2023, it was written, "Sometimes silence is the best answer."

A screenshot of this original story was shared by several users. We found a tweet from social media account Mufaddal Vohra in which a story was shared in the name of Jasprit Bumrah. It was worth notable that the time stamp of the viral story and this story is the same. "During this search we found several reports claiming that Jasprit Bumrah has unfollowed Mumbai Indians from his social media account after Hardik Pandya's return, however we also found reports refuting this claim, in which it was said that Jasprit Bumrah had never followed Mumbai Indians.

Conclusion- Rozana Spokesman in its investigation found that no such story has been shared by cricketer Jasprit Bumrah. A screenshot of a story posted by the cricketer has been edited and shared to mislead people.
