AMRITSAR: Arvinder Singh, a young Punjabi man who had pursued higher education in Canada, met with a fatal road accident in Winnipeg. Arvinder, a resident of Bandala in Amritsar, had set out for Canada four years ago in pursuit of a promising future.

Karamjit Singh, the grieving father of the deceased, shared the heart-wrenching news of his son's untimely demise. Arvinder had embarked on his journey abroad with dreams of a better future; however, fate had a tragic accident in store for him today. The bereaved father highlighted that Arvinder was the only son of the family, intensifying the emotional toll of this loss. Notably, Efforts are currently underway within the Punjabi community to facilitate the repatriation of Arvinder Singh's body to his homeland, Punjab.
