The gentleman sent this letter to Defense Minister Bill Blair with his recommendation. According to Sajjan's press secretary, the minister saw this as an opportunity for the military to connect with young Canadians from diverse communities.
Harjit Sajjan had attended the concert with his family and had bought his tickets and paid all the other expenses himself. Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau also participated in this program held in Toronto on July 15. He had suddenly arrived at the Dosanjh program and praised him.
