NEW YORK: An Indian Man died in a train accident in New Jersey, United States of America. According to media reports, a 39-year-old man from Annamayya district of Andhra Pradesh was hit by an intercity train at Princeton Junction station. The deceased has been identified as Srikanth Degala. Train services between New York and Philadelphia were temporarily suspended following the accident last week.

Amtrak train 178, traveling from Washington, D.C. to Boston, struck the victim just east of Princeton Junction, an Amtrak spokesman said. There are no reports of any injuries to the passengers or the crew of the train in the accident.
