BMW Crashes Into Scooter in Noida Sector 20 Latest News: In a tragic late-night accident on Saturday, a five-year-old girl lost her life on the spot, and two others were critically injured after a speeding BMW car collided with their scooter in Noida’s Sector 20.
The deceased has been identified as Aayat, who had reportedly fallen ill. Her father, Gul Mohammad, and uncle, Raja, both residents of Sadarpur in Sector 45, were taking her to the Post Graduate Institute of Child Health in Sector 30 at the time of the incident, according to a report by Moneycontrol.
Both men were admitted to a nearby hospital and are said to be in critical condition.
Police have arrested two men in connection with the incident. The alleged driver, identified as Yash Sharma, is a resident of Sector 37, while the passenger, Abhishek Rawat, is a restaurant owner from Sector 70. Both are students, the police said.
The BMW car has been seized, and an investigation is underway.
“The child died on the spot, and the condition of the two men is critical. The accused have been arrested, and the vehicle has been impounded,” a senior police official was quoted as saying in the Moneycontrol report.
