Chandigarh: The Chandigarh unit of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) today announced the names of its 25 office bearers as it claimed to begin its preparations ahead of the 2019 Lok Sabha elections.

According to a press release issued here, AAP's Chandigarh observer and National executive member Harjot Singh Bains said the appointments were done on the basis of work done by the volunteers to uplift the party.
"The party will now start preparing for the 2019 General Elections and reach the grassroot level workers to engage them for this purpose," he said. The list included names of Prem Garg (Convenor), Meena Sharma (Co-Convenor), H K Arora (Secretary), Naresh Garg (General Secretary), among other office bearers.
