The Jail Administration has registered cases Against accused at Police Station

FEROZEPUR: More digital gadgets have been recovered from Ferozepur Central Jail during search. Atleast 4 mobile phones have been recovered during a surprise search conducted by the jail administration in the barracks of the jail. 

The jail administration has registered cases against accused at police station. On the complaint of the Assistant Superintendent of Central Jail, Jasveer Singh, the police have recovered four mobile phones. Other Mobiles phones were recovered from Bathrooms of the Jail. ASI Gurmail Singh of Ferozepur City Police Station said that on the complaint of Ferozepur Central Jail Administration, a case has been registered under the sections of IPC and Jail Act against accused.

Notably, imprisoned gangsters or other jail inmates used these gadgets to operate their networks from inside the jail. This has become a major matter of concern for the administration.
