CM Mann said that in the meeting they had a discussion regarding electricity as Punjab needs additional power during the wheat season. He said that talks are going on with Himachal government for power supply. Punjab gets expensive power from distant states but getting power from Himachal will save additional transmission costs.

CM Sukhu said that he has come on the invitation of CM Bhagwant Maan for breakfast. He further said, "A misunderstanding has arisen regarding water cess, we have not imposed cess on water. We have imposed water cess only on hydro projects. Punjab has no hydro project ongoing in Himachal. This will not harm Punjab and Haryana."
