On the directives of Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh,

CHANDIGARH, AUGUST 21:On the directives of Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh, the Punjab Government has declared gazetted public holiday on the occasion of Eid-Ul-Zuha (Bakr-id) on August 22 (Wednesday). Disclosing this here an spokesperson of the Chief Minister’s Office said that Captain Amarinder Singh had approved the gazzetted holiday on Eid-Ul-Zuha (Bakr-id). This holiday was earlier included in the state’s list of restricted holidays.
