The ongoing vigilance investigation has exposed that during the period from March 2017 to September 2021, the combined income of Chahal, a former media consultant, and his family members totaled Rs 7,85,16,905, while their expenditures surged to Rs 31,79,89,011, marking an alarming increase of approximately 305 percent.
