Finance minister Manpreet Singh Badal’s has promises to keep
Captain Amarinder Singh led government is going to present its third budget in some time in Punjab Vidhan Sabha. Before presenting the budget, the finance minister assured the public that the best possible budget would be presented.He said this morning that the main focus of the budget would be on development of the state. The infrastructure of state is something which needs improvement, and funds would be allocated to that.
Every section of the society has been thought of and kept in consideration while drafting the budget.The marginalised and underprivileged section has been given preference. Badal said that the poor should be the first claimants on the treasury. Focus is to be on generating new avenues of employment.The budget speech would start at noon. The Finance Minister has reached Vidhan Sabha in a self driven car. All eyes are now on him.
