NIA Conducts Raid in Punjab & Different Parts of the Country

NIA Team searched locations at Amritsar, Tarn Taran, Moga, Ferozepur, Kapurthala.....

MOHALI: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has conducted raids in 12 districts of Punjab to break the nexus of gangsters and terrorists. On Wednesday morning, the team reached at the hideouts of many gangsters including gangster Goldy Brar, Neeraj Bawana, and Lawrence Bishnoi. The Gangsters were questioned in connection with terror funding and drug related matters.

NIA raided Puneet and Lali's residence in Aman Nagar, Jalandhar. The team is questioning the family members. Notably, Puneet and Lali had killed Congress corporator Sukhwinder Singh. They Both had a close relationship with Vikas Mallya. They are accused of committing murders or making planning from inside the jail.

Taking Major action, NIA Team searched locations at Amritsar, Tarn Taran, Moga, Ferozepur, Kapurthala, Mohali, Fazilka, Muktsar, Gurdaspur and Hoshiarpur today. Recently, the NIA had submitted a list of 28 gangsters sitting in 14 countries to the Union Home Ministry. The exercise to bring them to India has also been initiated. Goldy Brar and Lawrence Bishnoi, the masterminds of the Sidhu Moose Wala murder, tops the list.
