Chandigarh: 16th Feb: In the wake of Pulwama tragedy, the face of humanity has surged its head high. People from all walks of life have teamed up to take care of the families of slain soldiers. In one such effort, famous Punjabi Singers and Actors Ammy Virk and Ranjit Bawa have announced a donation of Rs 10 Lakh each to the families of four CRPF men from Punjab, who lost their lives in the attack.

In a message on his social media accounts, the singer said, “My heart goes out to loved ones of each and every military personnel. I have decided to donate 10 Lakh to the families of the fallen servicemen of Punjab who lost their lives in the Pulwama terror attack. Servicemen from Punjab: Ct Sukhjinder Singh, Kulwinder Singh, Hc Jaimal Singh and Maninder Singh.” He wished for the families saying “May God almighty give their families strength during this time”.

Similarly, Ranjit Bawa announced on his social media profiles that he would also be donating 2.5 Lakh each to the families of four martyrs. He said that he is giving this money to help the families out of their tough time. It is not going to bring back their men, but will encourage them to look forward. Both the singers said, that this can never fill the gap the loss of these men has left in their loved ones lives, but this is an effort to help the families.
